Installing and Removing Sample Data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

After installing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 you can easily load sample data into your CRM system by doing the following:
Go to Settings --> System --> Data Management --> Sample Data

Click on Sample Data and a popup screen will open

 Click on Install Sample Data

In the meantime you still can use CRM and after a minute the sample data is installed into your system.
If you want to remove the sample data from you system you just easily Click on Remove Sample Data.

I've had my laptop for approximately two years and all of a sudden it has started to shut down constantly. I downloaded freeware to catch viruses, etc., and it cleaned my laptop up, but the problem still persists. It's really starting to frustrate me!!!!!!! I don't know if this is an overheating problem or what I should do if it's that or an internal problem. Any advice? I really need this fixed as it keeps shutting down while I write my final papers for school! I graduate in two weeks and I really need to fix this NOW! Thanks in advance!

As we aware, sample data in CRM system can be very valuable for a range of reasons – for trying out some new competence in CRM, for training and for a demonstration purpose etc. In your post, you exposed me how to work with the out-of-box sample data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and to build our own custom data.
