Blog on SoftwareAdvice.com

I recieved an email of Neal Houston if I want to post an article on the difference between Microsoft's Dynamics products.

If Google search results indicate the popularity of a topic, then there is clearly a lot of confusion over Microsoft's Dynamics products. A search for "the difference between Microsoft dynamics" returns 36,800 results! So with the recent launch of their ERP software service, Software Advice decided to shed some light on the Dynamics product family. Their article, "Microsoft Dynamics for Manufacturing – Understanding the Difference Between GP, NAV, SL and AX," explains how each product has evolved over the years and naturally become popular among certain industries and businesses. Check it out.

Please leave your comment because I'm curious on what my other colleagues think of this.

In addition to the documentation, this download package includes the projects for all sample code found in the documentation, and full featured samples that are not included in the documentation. The package includes a visual style guide you can use to make your customizations fit in smoothly, and a style sheet you can use as a basis for your work. There are also tools and helper code provided in this package. Look for regular updates to this SDK!November 10, 2009 - Updated the assemblies in the Bin folder. WaveAccess Online Help with service of Hans Veldman

WaveAccess extends CRM Dynamics with integrated chat sessions, which would be very useful in a contact center environment.

WaveAccess Online Help is a live chat integrated into Microsoft CRM. It is designed to provide CRM users with instant support. The chat sessions will be saved as Cases and Service activities in your CRM along with the names of help desk operators and session time. This information can be used to bill the customers for the provided service.

Online Help directly connects CRM users with CRM partner support team that can be located anywhere. Moreover if the partner does not have enough staff to handle all sessions the partner can attract external CRM professionals including WaveAccess CRM support team.

Being offered as an extra support option the Online Help can generate additional income and be considered as a competitive advantage for attracting new customers

More info about the service is at
http://www.wave-access.com/Public_en/online_help_partner.aspx

If this is of interest to your company, please do not hesitate to contact me or Ilya Feigin (Ilya.Feigin@wave-access.com)
