- Login to your Twitter Account
- Go to Widgets, Create new, Profile
- Enter your Twitter URL
- Select the Display Option
- Copy the code
- Go to Dynamics 365, Settings, Solutions, select your Solution that you want to modify or create New Solution, Components and Dashboards, New Dashboard
- Choose Layout and click on Create
- Insert Web Resource
- Lookup More Records and click on New
- Select Type: Webpage (HTML) and Name Type in the
- Click on Text Editor and Tab Source and Copy Past your Code from Twitter here
- Click on Add and click on OK and Publish All Customization
- Go to Dashboards and select your Twitter Dashboard

I just registered for the free trial of Dynamics 365 and looking forward to explore the new functionalities.
Once you register for the free trial you can indicate with apps you want to add to your trial with the language settings and currency settings.
After registration you will be automatically forwarded to the trial environment, see screenshot below:
The navigation menu to the other applications can be found in the left corner above.

The CRM Modules Navigation is still the same as in the previous version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.

As I am working on a major project since NOV-14 and our Go Live date is entering very soon, I am preparing, thinking and dreaming about the Go Live more and more. Provide on each desk a quick reference card that will help the users during the first day. Maybe even put is as background on all the pc's

Record short CRM video's on for example: how to create Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Contact Persons. How to Qualify a Lead, How to Assign or Share a record etc. and store these video's on SharePoint integrated in CRM
Training and Follow-Up Training
Of course all users (not only end-users, but also support, administrators) need CRM training. Do short and repeating training sessions and follow-up training after Go Live.
Go Live Support
Make sure that there is onsite support on all locations if necessary 24x7, so that users can always fall back to the support team and knowing there is expertise on the floor available to help them out during the first days of using the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
