Update Rollup 3 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (KB 961768)

Microsoft has released Update Rollup 3 for CRM 4.0 yesterday. The Rollup 3 contains the following additional information:
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 3 information about export and import of customizationsAfter you apply this update rollup, you may be unable to import customizations that have been exported from the same Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment that had an earlier update rollup installed.   • Hotfixes and updates that you have to manually enable or configureMicrosoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 3 contains hotfixes and updates that you must manually enable or configure. To enable or configure these hotfixes on the server that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, see the "Hotfixes and updates that you have to manually enable or configure" section of the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article. I would like to know where can I get the following information regarding the rollup update 3 installation.
1. Planning Activities (Confirm pre-requisite for the Roll-Up etc)
2. Backup Environment
a. Server,
b. CRM Database
c. Export Customizations.
d. Note Manual Changes Made etc.
3. Apply the Rollup(Order)
a. Server
b. Client
c. Other etc.
4. Test Rollup
a. Test Roll Up for Web Client and Outlook Client
b. Ensure Manual Changes
c. Import Customization
d. Test Manual Changes and Customizations
