SalesCentric Custom Views in Outlook Client error

When using Custom View from SalesCentric, you will see that Custom Views is available in the CRM Webclient. But when using the Outlook client, you will see that Custom Views is not available under your My Work space, see picture below.

To solve this issue, you have to modify the SiteMap.xml file. Please make sure that you have a backup of the original SiteMap!!!

Below you see the original SiteMap. Highlited in BOLD are the setting that needs to be adjusted in the following, see below:

Client is Web

Url="http:/SCRCharts/...

Icon="http:/SCRCharts/...

org= organisation name

Change this into:

Client is All

Url="http://server/SCRCharts/

Icon="http://server/SCRCharts/

org= organisation name

After you have changed the SiteMap.xml and reconfigured the CRM Outlook Client, you will see that Custom Views is available in Outlook.
